The fallout proved traumatic for the comic, who detailed its effect on his mental health in the stand-up specials Kiss and Seann Walsh Is Dead. Happy Now?
The show went on to be nominated this year and it is truly a cracker of redemptive soul searching. There is no doubt he has his fire back and will even end this year by showing incredible nerve with a return to massive prime time TV with his appearance on 'I'm a celebrity get me out of here' It will be an edition where he will team up with Boy George and the latest Tory miscreant Matt Hancock and no doubt a bunch of lizard sphincters or whatever goes on in this show.
This is TV that the GG would normally leave well alone but this is now very compelling!
